One Community Welcomes Tatyana Tertitsa to the Pioneer Team!

Tatyana is a Computer Programmer-analyst with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, Active Organic Gardener, and Experienced Natural Builder thanks to her participation in a broad diversity of hands-on natural building workshops including building with cordwood, straw bale, and cob construction. She is also knowledgeable with passive solar building design, green roof benefits, gray water systems, water gardens, solar water heating systems, and earth bag construction.

The Four Stages to Achieving True Community

We believe the epitome of socioemotional development for adults is unconditional love; building True Community is a path to creating a supportive environment where it is easier to do this. We see putting aside judgment, the need to fix or change each other, and choosing to maintain an environment of people free to be themselves is a natural progression for us as an empathic civilization and collective human consciousness. One Community is designed to support this through a detailed process of seeking those with a consciousness for The Highest Good of All and our commitment to the stages of community building,ongoing 2-directional feedback, consensus governing, and Highest Good society.
