“Aloha Ke Akua” by Nahko Bear and Medicine for the People Video and Lyrics
This song is a part of our contribution to the Conscious Music Movement to share the most uplifting songs to live, love, and expand with. We’ve created this page as an addition to that page because scrolling lyrics along with the video are cool and the original conscious music page was beginning to load too slowly due to all the videos and lyrics included. By creating these individual pages dedicated to each inspirational and uplifting song we hope to be able to expand the Most Uplifting Songs to Live, love, and Expand With Resource Page indefinitely indefinitely as a growing archive and page that loads quickly for everyone.

What is The Consensus Process
What is The Consensus Process
There are two basic keys to the consensus decision making process: learning the techniques, and holding the consciousness to work the techniques successfully. Consensus is different from other types of decision making because it emphasizes the cooperative development of a decision with group members working together rather than competing against each other. The goal of consensus is to create a decision that is consented to by all group members through the process of GOING FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL CONCERNED; having and holding this consciousness is foundational to the success of the consensus model.

One Community's Healthy Living Policy
One Community is a for The Highest Good of All organization purposed to demonstrate the most comprehensively sustainable combination of sustainable building systems and fulfilled living as the open source blueprint for self-sufficient teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities to be built around the world. Because of these goals we are committed to holistically healthy lifestyles and strict adherence to all local and federal laws. This means that along with a commitment to producing our own organic and pesticide and hormone free food and diverse and emotionally supportive fulfilled lifestyle practices, we will also be maintaining a drug and smoking free environment that includes not purchasing or providing alcohol on the property.

One Community Pioneer Health Requirements
We are building a teacher/demonstration village from the ground up. Because our purpose is to demonstrate a do-it-yourself approach to building 7 different self-sustainable village models and open source and free-sharing all the details of the building process, how to do it yourself, labor hours involved, etc. etc., the Pioneer Team will be the labor force building all aspects of Phase I of One Community:
We are allocating for each individual 20 hours per week dedicated to the on-going physical labor that building these structures will require. In addition to this, the property is rugged, remote, and over 4,000 feet of elevation with travel from the initial living quarters to the building sites requiring steep hill climbing until we build stairs and ADA compliant pathways. If you have knee problems, hip problems, chronic back pain, neck injuries, respiratory deficiencies, etc. then the initial Pioneer Team is probably not the place for you. If, however, you are already in above average health and the idea of getting in the best shape of your life excites you, then this project is most definitely for you.
