Did you know Google created a free 3-D design program called Sketchup? With it you can design your own landscapes, buildings, and other environments. This page is a resource for the plant components and includes a demonstration and tutorial.

This has massive potential for helping people visualize a new and more sustainable, artistic and beautiful way of living. By putting the power of 3-D design into the hands of everyone, Google has exponentially increased the creative input and opened the floodgates to new and innovative ideas through this tool.

If you or someone you know uses Sketchup, post your creations as images in the comments section. If you've ever wanted to create your own 3-D designs, give this program a try.

"All designers have an influence on the future of Earth through their work. Let's design and build the world we want." If you don't know another way, here is a fun and creative place to start.
