We believe this is a more loving and kindness-based approach and that diverse approaches to solution-based thinking will objectively create better and more effective solutions. No matter how much any individual believes they are thinking outside the box, they can still be only thinking right outside their own box, and the more we embrace diversity the more we engage with thought processes operating outside entirely different boxes. This is essential to our flourishing culture of growth, creative collaboration process, and our Highest Good economics models because it infuses all these areas and more with different skills, talents, and views. Everyone has natural interests, gifts, and talents; bringing these talents and gifts together and sharing them with each other and the world is our goal."
